COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rice Lake RL75016-2.5K parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sensotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensopart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sensaphone product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensotec such as the A588207 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 57251000 manufactured by Sensopart and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensopart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMS4200 by Manufacturer Sensaphone as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Seametrics Brand TX81Y in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Setra such as 2651001WDACT1C equipment made by Setra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Setra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Setra" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SEC2000 made by Sensor-Electronics as well as the popular XSAV11801L05 original spares produced by Schneider Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 70314396 by Servomex and 2651001WDACT1C spares by Setra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5318BB1A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robertshaw. |
